St. John’s Released its 2016 football schedule

See what teams the Cadets will have to face this season.

There is only months until the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference football gets into full swing but St. John’s College High School took to Twitter to release their schedule for the upcoming season on May 25.

The Cadets first four games will be out of conference. They will opening up the season against Central Catholic (PA), a team that went 15-1 during the 2015 season. St. John’s will have to deal with American Heritage, who faced DeMatha Catholic High School last year. The game against IMG Academy maybe the biggest non-conference matchup. IMG was the ranked the No. 4 team in the nation by USA Today.

St. John’s welcome Good Counsel to their territory for the first game of the season. They will hit the road and play DeMatha. The Cadets will be seeking to get revenge as the Stags beat them 40-0 last year. St. John’s won’t play rival Gonzaga until the final game of the season.
