The senior guard is one of the top players in Baltimore. He is ranked the No. 3 player in Maryland and the No. 78 overall player in the nation by 247sports. Morsell cut schools like Villanova, Connecticut, Davidson, Virginia Tech, George Mason and others from his list.
The Terps and the Fighting Irish added four-star recruits to their 2017 recruiting class. Maryland picked up center Bruno Fernando, while Notre Dame landed shooting guard D.J. Harvey. Adding Morsell will be a pretty good addition for both teams.
Morsell already took official visits to all three schools. 247sports Crystal Ball predictions has him going to College Park.
