Cape Henry defeat Capitol Christian Academy 56-51 at the Shirts vs Skins Basketball Classic on Dec. 2.
Senior guard Malik Marrow played well, finishing with a double-double 16 points and 11 rebounds . The combination of Marrow and Dajour Rickens was just fun to watch especially in the pick and roll.
Capitol Christian was down for the most part of the game. Alvin Cox and Kieron Williams put on a show in the final quarter as they helped their team get to a four point deficit after trailing 43-23 at one point in the game.
Iziah James was another solid scorer in the game as he displayed his ability to shoot the ball from very deep range putting on a show for the crowd. James played his AAU basketball with DC Premier.
Capitol Christian managed to bounced back from the loss by winning its next three games. They will play Rock Creek Christian Academy at home on Wednesday.
