Paul VI senior guard Anthony Harris announced on Tuesday his commitment to Virginia Tech.
Harris, a four-star combo guard, is ranked the third best prospect in Virginia and the No. 64 player in the nation. Harris averaged 12.9 points per game for Paul VI during the 2017-18 season, where the Panthers went 33-4. Harris missed the beginning of the season with a fractured knee, according to the Washington Post.
Harris alongside DeMatha’s Justin Moore and North Carolina commit Armando Bacot helped Team Takeover win 2018 Peach Jam. Team Takeover completed its Nike EYBL season with a 23-1 record.
Harris picked the Hokies over Maryland, Wake Forest, Boston College, Miami, Ohio State and others.
