Wilson takes the first seed in the West Region. The Tigers were one of the best teams in the area, as they had a 31-9 record and won the District of Columbia Interscholastic Athletic Association championship. Wilson may have the most intriguing matchup in the West Region, going against eighth seed Wise.
Despite losing Anthony Harris and five-star guard Jeremy Roach, Paul VI was still able to be a force in the WCAC. The Panthers finished 27-9 this season and went to the Alhambra title game. St. Frances finished 38-6 and won the Baltimore Catholic League championship.
