Rising senior Eddie Scott is one of the top players in the Washington, D.C. The 6-foot-6 small forward is rated a three-star and ranked the No. 3 player in D.C. He held offers from George Mason, James Madison, Rice, and others before committing to the University of Pennsylvania.
