Dickinson, a four-star prospect, is one of the top 100 players in the country, ranking No. 34 and the sixth best center by 247Sports.
Dickinson picked the Wolverines over Duke, Florida State and Notre Dame. Dickinson held other offers from Maryland, North Carolina, Louisville and others.
Dickinson is a strong addition for Michigan, who is led by first year head coach Juwan Howard. Dickinson, who stands at a towering 7-foot-1, is a skilled offensive presence and solid rim protector. Dickinson averaged 13.2 points, 7.7 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game for Team Takeover during the 2019 Nike EYBL.
Dickinson will join Michigan’s recruiting class that features five-star forward Isaiah Todd and four-star guard Zeb Jackson.
